As many of you know, each month we are choosing a fundraising group to help raise more money for their cause. It is a small part we play in the amazing world of givers out there. I know how I get caught up in life sometimes and forget to realize that there are many women and men out there struggling for their health, giving others a helping hand, fighting for the less fortunate and more. My hat goes off to them and to all of you Pearl Girls who are willing to help out too!
This March we are fundraising for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society because we know that many people are battling these blood cancers.
Nashville has a super cool fundraiser every year. They select two children who are Honorary Boy and Girl of the Year. This year they are honoring Natalie Seale and Bryson Randolph and in their honor they are striving to raise $100,000 to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. We Pearl Girls are supporting the fundraising efforts of Woman of the Year Candidate Sarina Walker.
