What is possible with pearls? That is what we asked the Metal Arts Guild! We know that, in life, anything is possible with pearls. So we asked Georgia artists, what can they create or make possible with pearls? We are thrilled to show off these possibilities in upcoming art shows!
This is the ultimate Pearl Challenge and has launched a partnership between The Pearl Girls and The Athens Metal Arts Guild. This is open to ALL members of the Metal Arts Guild… both new and old. Artists are being challenge to create a piece with pearls or the essence of pearls. Part One of The Pearl Challenge will be on display at the Lyndon House Arts Center in Athens, GA starting October 30. The show will remain on display through January, 2015. The online show officially launches with our Pearl Reception on January 8th at the Lyndon House. We will have a great evening of wine, oysters and pearls!
ThePearlGirls.com Pearl Possible Show will be available online through the end of March, 2015. We are excited about the possibility to introducing you to new styles of work featuring pearls and showing off the wonderful Georgia artist that are participating! We are excited to share more with you…. but in the meantime, here is a sneak peek at the wonderful artists participating!
