Hello? Oprah Magazine calling…One of the most exciting things about being involved with The Pearl Girls is hearing all of the wonderful feedback about our jewelry. It makes my day! Recently we have heard from lots of great customers and from some wonderful media interests as well. Last week, Oprah came calling!
Alright, it wasn’t really Oprah, but it was the Accessories Launch Editor for O, The Oprah Magazine. She wanted samples for an upcoming shoot and she wanted wholesale mlb jerseys them by the next morning! Picture it… it was 8 PM on a Thursday night. My husband was working late and my son was fast asleep. But, I wholesale jerseys got on the phone and called all of the shipping companies and finally got DHL who said they could be at my Automotive house by 11PM, drive the jewelry to the wholesale nba jerseys Atlanta airport to fly to New York and have it in cheap nfl jerseys the editors hands by 11AM. So, after faxing forms back and forth, packaging the jewelry and meeting the driver at 11PM, the jewelry was on its way. When I tracked the package Friday afternoon, I saw that it had arrived at the O offices at 10:59 AM. How is that for service?
Obviously, I really hope the jewelry makes Erwachsene it into this feature! It would be so exciting to be in Oprah Magazine. But, for now, I am just so thrilled and honored that they know about The Pearl Girls and are considering us for the magazine!
And proving that life is always an adventure… Real Simple magazine called the next day and needed samples by Monday! I’ll keep you posted on whether we make it into either of Authenticity these great magazines!
