| The UGA Alumni Association Athens Chapter invites you to a | Women of UGA Luncheon with India Rows (BSED ’01) | | For generations, Southern women have worn and loved pearls, making them a timeless focal point of everyday life. Athens-based jewelry company, The Pearl Girls, believes in the timeless sophistication of gorgeous, genuine pearls. On Thursday, August 22, please join Women of UGA and The Pearl Girls founder India Rows (BSED ‘01) at 5 & 10 to learn about the world of pearls!After graduating from UGA, Rows attended the Gemological Institute of America for her Graduate Pearls Diploma and opened The Pearl Girls in 2008. Now, the alumna travels the world touring pearl farms and meeting pearl suppliers to source her jewelry collections. She has been featured in Southern Living,Southern Lady and Georgia Trend, and won a Stevie Award for Women in Business for her DVD International Pearl Tour.At this unique Women of UGA lunch gathering, Rows will lead a brief discussion about pearls. All attendees will receive a free copy of the International Pearl Tour DVD and one lucky winner will take home a beautiful piece from The Pearl Girls!While enjoying the lovely atmosphere of 5 & 10’s new location and the restaurant’s delicious menu, attendees will have the opportunity to network with Rows and each other.The UGA Alumni Association and India Rows look forward to seeing you on August 22!
